Maria is a proud mom of three children and an animal lover. She studied child development at Mt. San Antonio College and UEI college, where she earned her Medical assistant (MA) Diploma. Maria previously worked as a Commercial Insurance Agent, specializing in the trucking industry. Her experience included helping truckers with commercial insurance, federal and state permits, business registrations, corporations, and LLC formations as well as assisting clients with the licensing and compliance requirements needed to operate their businesses. 

Outside of work and family life, she enjoys camping, hiking, road trips, gardening, cooking, and spending quality time with her family. She loves being outdoors and creating meaningful memories with the people she loves. Maria also enjoys learning new things, helping others, and staying busy. 

Being part of WonderLab has also been a very special experience for Maria. It has allowed her to see the world from a different perspective, learn from every child and family she meets, and appreciate the importance of empathy, patience, and gratitude even more. Every child has taught her that sometimes the smallest moments can make the biggest difference.
