Desiree has been working with children for over 20 years. Her path started as a preschool teacher, which led her to the field of Speech-Language Pathology. Her love of Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC) developed while working in the educational setting. She obtained her Masters of Science in Assistive Technology and Human Services in 2020 and continues to share her passion for AAC by encouraging families to learn and love alternative communication.
